Oslo, May 11, 2017: Solon Eiendom ASA (OSE: SOLON). Reference is made to the resolution by the extraordinary general meeting of Solon Eiendom ASA to reduce the share capital with NOK 923,306,064 from NOK 971,901,120 to NOK 48,595,056, as announced on 21 March 2017.
The share capital reduction has been registered completed with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the registration, the share capital of Solon Eiendom ASA is NOK 48,595,056 divided among 48,595,056 shares each with a par value of NOK 1. Each share represents one vote in the company's general meeting.
